Kari's work as a bathroom designer is always distinctive and always beautiful. Her bathroom designs have included hand-painted bamboo walls paired with antique Asian cabinets, slate showers and Japanese pebble soaking tubs. Her master bathroom design for actor Kurtwood Smith included mosaic tiles, every one of them different! This bathroom design had Spanish and Moroccan flair and tumbled Travertine ceiling tiles. One of the most beautiful effects of the bathroom design is the glass partition between the shower and bathtub, which allows water to collect and run against the wall. Kari's bathroom design for a bachelor client even included a "love tub" - a steam shower and soaking tub that accommodates up to 8 guests.
